Hague Quality Water of Nebraska Receives 2007 BBB Integrity Award at Lincoln event for the 6-24 Employee category

Lincoln, Nebraska – Sept. 24, 2007 – Hague Quality Water of NE received the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Integrity Award at an award ceremony at the Cornhusker Hotel. These awards focus on demonstrated ethical business practices with key stakeholders including customers, employees and community at large, rather than a company’s growth, profitability or popularity. The Integrity Award winners were chosen by an independent panel of business leaders and members of the academic community.

 “The BBB Integrity Award Winners have shown that ethics and integrity is a core value of their organization,” said Jim Hegarty, president and chief executive officer, of the Better Business Bureau of Nebraska, South Dakota and southwest Iowa. “The 2007 BBB Integrity Award Winners join an elite group of organizations that realize dealing fairly and honestly with employees, customers and partners are central to profitability and growth.”

Jeff White receives the State Champion of Small Business Award

Jeff White of Hague Quality Water received the State Champion of Small Business award from the Nebraska Business Development Center (NBDC), presented to him during a ceremony at the state capital building on May 2nd, 2007.

The NBDC has 8 regional offices throughout Nebraska. Each office selects a Champion of Small Business for their region. White received the regional award and was then voted State Champion of Small Business. “This is the first State-wide award from the Lincoln area in many years and is truly an achievement to be proud of”, according to Jason M. Ball, NBDC Lincoln Center Director.

The NBDC provides start-up, management and technical assistance to entrepreneurs and small business owners through offices throughout the state, in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Starting and building a business is very demanding and a huge gamble. It takes money, preparation and commitment, with no guarantee of success. Those who accomplish the task find that it takes more than hard work. LIBA applauds the entrepreneurs who are willing to put their name on the bottom line, risking much to begin or grow. This award recognizes the business owner who has taken the bold step to either begin or expand a local business.

Our 2006 Enterprising Gambler is Jeff White, owner of Hague Quality Water. Jeff is an example of a young man with a vision. Jeff purchased A-1 Water, the local Hague Dealer in April of 2001 and changed the name to Hague Quality Water of Nebraska. Hague has enjoyed rapid growth and currently employs eight full-time and two part-time team members. Jeff is someone who recognizes the fact that hard work, determination and focus on quality, still enables a person to achieve and grow in today’s business world.

Hague Quality Water Earns Corporate Customer Service Award

Hague Quality Water recently received Hague Quality Water, International’s annual “Gold Circle Award” given to their active water treatment dealers who demonstrate excellence in customer service.

The award was presented to 33 Hague dealers who were required to meet specific, measurable goals. Aside from achieving a sales quota to identify active dealers, the other criterions were:

  • No unresolved or excessive consumer complaints to Hague’s corporate offices.
  • No unresolved or excessive complaints to the Better Business Bureau

Bonicatto of Hague Quality Water Receives Top 10 Sales Award

Dave Bonicatto of Hague Quality Water received the Top 10 Sales Award at the Hague Quality Water National Convention held in Las Vegas January 8th through the 10th. Dave placed number seven nationwide for sales people in 2005. Since them, Dave has consistently been in the top 10 in the nation and frequently hold the #1 spot for the Great Plains Region. Hague Quality Water International has 300 dealers and over 1000 sales people across the country.
